1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Bangladesh through our trusted logistics partners.
Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.  

2. Delivery Timeframes

Ready Stock Items (in Bangladesh): Usually delivered within 2–4 working days.

Imported Items (from China and abroad): Usually delivered within 10–20 working days, depending on customs and shipping conditions. 

You’ll receive email/SMS notifications with order confirmation, shipping updates, and tracking details once your product is dispatched. 

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees may vary based on product weight, type, and delivery location.

The applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before confirming your order.

Occasionally, we may offer free delivery promotions on selected products or order values. 

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
